How do you determine my pricing?

Transparency is our goal. We consider each client’s business to be alive and growing. That said, we base your subscription on your needs and perform regular reviews to ensure that you have the best package for your needs. As a US based business, we also offer all veteran-owned businesses a 10% discount off of their monthly fee for the first 6-months.

What do I need to get started with Digisist today?

Once you schedule your discovery call with our team, we will connect in a live Discovery Call to explain the ins-and-outs of our processes. What support is included with my plan?

Every client has unlimited email support and a quarterly check-in call that is scheduled using our booking link. Additional services outside of your subscription's scope are available and priced on a case-by-case basis. Contact us for details. Add-on's are common because we are here to serve you.

How is my data stored?

Every client has their data securely stored in Citrix ShareFile and any other apps that they are needed to effectively conduct their day-to-day business. All clients are provided admin-level access to their files with multi-factor authentication required on each to ensure enhanced security protocols. If we decide to part ways at some point, your data is yours. All files and access will be turned over during your offboarding.
